1. Delivery time & shipping costs
Delivery takes place within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment. The exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping service provider
We ship with DHL or a comparable provider. Tracking will be provided when available.
3. Returns & Exchanges
In principle, returns and exchanges are excluded. A return is only possible in exceptional cases against a processing fee - please contact us in advance.
After 14 days from receipt of the goods, a return or complaint is no longer possible.
4. Damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail with photo proof.
5. Custom-made products & reduced goods
Custom-made or reduced items are generally excluded from return and exchange.
